Henry Mouat (b. 29 November 1874, Tingwall, d. 20 March 1944, Lerwick) was the manager of a wholesalers and a County Councillor.

He unsuccessfully contested the Whiteness and Weisdale seat in the 1919 County Council election.

His great-great-great uncle James Mouat was a Lerwick Town Councillor. Henry was also a distant relative of Robert Stewart, the first Earl of Orkney (9th Great-grandson).
